You need to understand that it’s ok
to have constant doubts in your mind.
It’s ok to feel miserable.
It’s ok to have self defeatist thoughts in your mind.
It’s ok to have nothing work out for you in the outside world.
When you are NOT okay, you will feel a lot of urges to do something about it to feel okay.
But the key is to NOT participate in any of those urges.
The problem people face is that whenever they experience any disturbance internally, their inner energies start going all crazy and they are drawn into giving into it and doing something about it.
This issue leads to some reckless action.
And it almost always never helps the person become peaceful. You need to avoid this at all costs.
The KEY is to sit around your swirling thoughts, emotions and urges and let them run wild while doing nothing about it.
